Steven Pound has been an instructor with Outdoor Solutions since 2022 and brings over 15 years of long-range shooting experience to the team. A former Marine Scout Sniper, Steven currently serves as a SWAT team member and law enforcement sniper, giving him extensive experience performing under pressure.
Steven’s background allows him to teach students how to remain calm, focused, and disciplined in stressful situations, skills that are invaluable in both tactical environments and high-pressure hunting scenarios. Despite his advanced training and experience, Steven is especially effective at working with students who may be new or hesitant, helping them build confidence through clear instruction and encouragement.
